​Registration Information

• Register online at Arbiter Sports 
  • Pay District-pay-to-play fee $92 ($26 if on free and reduced lunch) - will be paid via Arbiter Sports 
  • Upload a current physical for your student-athlete to Arbiter Sports. The physical MUST BE COMPLETED on the form linked below.​
    • CHSAA Sports Physical Form
    • CHSAA Sports Physical Form (Spanish)​
• A list of cleared athletes will be emailed to the coaching staff prior to our start date. Every student-athlete MUST HAVE FULL CLEARANCE to participate in tryouts.
• If you are a transfer student-athlete or a student-athlete not attending East HS and without a program please email coach Hornecker ([email protected])​
